Daniella Asantewaa is a social entrepreneur whose mission is to catalyze the realization of women as equitable leaders in society. She uses her platform and experience to help women amplify their voice, and develop their unique leadership style. She is committed to changing the narrative that women are "less than", and empower both men and women to disrupt gender inequity through collaboration. She is the founder of heR, a consultancy that helps companies design inclusive, sustainable, and effective leadership trainings for women and early career professionals, and is the co-founder of The Fairy Godsister Inc., a mentoring organization that provides young women with dedicated role models who support them in actualizing their leadership goals. Daniella's passion is helping individuals maximize their potential. For the past several years, she has worked with non-profits and consulted for private sector companies seeking direction on how to successfully develop high-potentials. She firmly believes that with the advent of technology and boom in entrepreneurship, businesses must innovate to attract quality talent, engage millennials, and succeed in promoting diversity in leadership to enhance creativity, drive performance, and remain competitive. A native of Ghana, Daniella currently resides in New York City. She received her Bachelors degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Penn State University, and attained her Masters of Public Administration with a specialization in Management from NYU’s Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
