Omo Ikazoboh is the founder of Skills On The House (www.skillsonthehouse.com), an online career services and employability skills training hub. She is passionate about empowering young graduates and school leavers with the skills and knowledge that will help them successfully transition from education to employment. She got her first formal job at the age of 17 after struggling with the employment process and really trying to understand what employers look for when hiring into entry-level positions. She has spent the last decade working for leading organisations including Pearson (UK) Education Limited, Credit Suisse, Afrinvest Limited, Samsung Electronics West Africa, the Nigerian Stock Exchange and Execution Edge Limited. She graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Degree in Computer Systems and Electronic Engineering (First Class Honours) from King’s College, London in 2007.
