The SheHive, which is SLA’s primary event, is a professional boot camp designed to empower young women by enhancing their career and business skills.  During this four-day program, participants have the opportunity to connect with a supportive community of leaders, as well as network with mentors and investors. 

The event has been successfully conducted in various locations across Nigeria (Abuja) and internationally, including Kenya, South Africa, London, Ghana, and the USA.
